Don’t feel bad about taking that nap in the afternoon if you need it. If you’re tired, your body is telling you that you need rest.

Not only is it beneficial to your baby, but also it helps you look trim and fit during pregnancy. Nutrition will lead you to look sexy while pregnant, because nothing is more sexier than being healthy.

So what type of foods should you eat during pregnancy? Very natural foods. Think about it this way, if you want to nourish something to Life, you would nourish it with more life. Dead foods like overly processed foods (usually these foods are in aisles where packaged and canned foods are) will not promote life in your growing baby. So what is food for life?

Foods that are natural, which have enzymes that help the body to grow and develop. Eat raw vegetables and fruits. Make half of what you eat vegetables on every meal. You will lose those unneeded pounds . If you eat with every meal that portion of raw vegetables, and if you eat one fruit before every meal you will see a difference in your weight.
